All northbound lanes on I-5 in Mount Vernon reopened after collision

All I-5 lanes heading north in Mount Vernon were blocked due to a collision for nearly an hour before reopening at approximately 12:35 p.m.
The lane closures started near College Way, milepost 228, in Mount Vernon.
CLEAR: The collision on NB I-5 at College Way (MP 228) in Mount Vernon has cleared. Expect delays as traffic clears.

Incident Response, Washington State Patrol (WSP), and fire crews are at still at the scene. The Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is advising drivers that delays may still exist as traffic clears.
