Bonneville Seattle, Snoqualmie Entertainment and the Seattle Seahawks are proud to announce Childhaven as June’s Charity of the Month.
Childhaven is a nonprofit agency, part of United Way, whose mission is to prevent and stop the cycle of abuse and neglect through scientifically-supported programs that protect and treat children ages one month through five years, and their families. Childhaven offers many great services and programs for children, including Therapeutic Child Care, Drug Affected Infant Program and the Crisis Nursery. With the generous support of our community, Childhaven has been able to continue providing a haven for abused, neglected and at-risk children for almost 100-years.
Childhaven volunteers are essential in helping carry out their mission to prevent the cycle of abuse and neglect. There are many ways to help: at their branches, administrative offices and even through your own fundraising efforts.
