Sawhorse Revolution has been named Bonneville Seattle鈥檚 Charity of the Month for July, for being a non-profit that fosters high-school students through the influence of carpentry and craft.
In 2010, Sawhorse Revolution started as a summer camp just north of Arlington called Smoke Farm. Since then, they have worked with over 150 students after adding a full school year鈥檚 worth of after-school programming.
Sawhorse Revolution has a reputation for innovation and teamwork through programs that engage the youth and other community members in creating stunning structures that support other nonprofits and groups in local neighborhoods. These programs promote a supportive and hands-on environment where students can discover their passions and learn more about their surroundings.
Support for the Sawhorse Revolution comes from the generosity of the community, both through donations and through fee-for-service projects. For more information about Sawhorse Revolution and how you can help, visit
