Seattle Urban Academy SUA

Dec 1, 2010, 8:31 AM | Updated: Apr 4, 2011, 11:21 am

Fifty percent of minority youth drop out of high school, but Seattle Urban Academy SUA is working to change this statistic. SUA, a member of CRISTA family ministries, helps high-risk youth develop academic, social and spiritual maturity to lead them to graduate to higher education and sustained employment. SUA believes every young person has a future and aims to transform the lives of high-risk youth by investing in improving their lives. Located in Rainier Valley, SUA is equipped with a staff specializing in teaching students with behavioral or academic struggles.

To support these efforts, Bonneville Seattle and the Seattle Seahawks are proud to announce Seattle Urban Academy as the December Charity of the Month.

For more information about SUA, the November Charity of the Month, please visit www.seattleurbanacademy.org or call 206 723 0333.
