Bonneville Seattle, the Seattle Seahawks, and Les Schwab Tire Centers of Seattle are proud to announce Young Survival Coaliton (YSC)as the October Charity of the Month!
Young Survival Coalition (YSC) is the premier global organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. YSC offers resources, connections and outreach so women feel supported, empowered and hopeful.
A small group of breast cancer survivors began meeting in 2002 in the home of one of its members and they found there was a need locally for support and services for young women diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, we have provided a supportive environment for over 160 young women with breast cancer in the Seattle area. As of November 2008, we are honored to represent YSC as an affiliate and bring its national focus to the Pacific Northwest
