Tom & Curley: What are the rules for fans at Seattle Kraken games?

Should fans be sitting or standing for the duration of a sporting event? Depending on the Seattle event you’re attending, the answer to that question can vary. When it comes to the city’s new hockey team, fans are still trying to figure things out.
If you’re , the answer is simple: Remain in your seat at all times, and if you do have to leave in the middle of a period, don’t return until there’s a break in the action. But is that reasonable?
“His argument makes perfect sense to me,” Tom & Curley Show co-host Tom Tangney said. “The game of hockey moves so fast that you should never leave your seat during a game.”
Tom is a Seattle Kraken season ticket holder, acknowledging that it can also be “a real to strain for people, who say, ‘wait a minute, I can’t miss an entire period because I had to go to the bathroom!'”
“The rule of the road in hockey is you can’t block anybody’s view for a second or you’ll miss something crucial,” he noted.
