The weekend is here and it is another one LOADED with stuff to do.

Kicking things off with the big one, SeaFair Weekend is here! The Blue Angels will be in the sky as well as other air and car shows, the hydroplanes will be racing and you can even see the Coast Guard to a rescue demonstration! IF you aren’t in Seattle, there are SeaFair events across the region. Get all the details you need about SeaFair at seafair.org

Enjoy the long days and beautiful weather with an outdoor movie! In Seattle, there’s a free screening of Everything Anywhere All At Once at the Mural Ampitheater tonight around 9 pm (really whenever dusk is). At Hing Hay Park on Saturday you can see the film Polite Society, this is part of the August film series put on by the Seattle Asian American Film Festival, Seattle Parks and Rec, and InterIMCDA, the movie starts when the sun goes down. In Marysville, you can see last year’s summer blockbuster Barbie at the Lions Centennial Pavilion at Jennings Memorial Park on Saturday Night, and a free screening of the movie Wish will be shown at the Harbour Pointe Golf club in Mukileto tonight, with crafts and other activities starting at 6:30!

Seafair’s big weekend: Air shows and traffic woes

In Sumner, it’s time for sunflowers! At Knutson (kuh-nutson) Farms, you can see all the sunflowers and pick your own to take home! Sunflowers aren’t the only cool thing going on, there will also be rides, games and food trucks as well! Get details at knutsonfarmsinc.com

In Eatonville at Glacier Park this weekend it is the Eatonville Arts and Music festival! According to the Eatonville Lions Club who puts on the event, it offers fine art, handcrafted items, food, drinks and live entertainment! Don’t worry there will be a beer garden that you can dance the weekend away at as well

Looking to beef up your physical media collection while rocking out to tunes? Well Scarecrow Video is holding it’s fourth annual Parking Lot Sale! Don’t miss out on deals on VHS, DVD, Blue Ray, Laser Disk, tapes and more! Maybe you want to escape the SeaFair madness and do some exploring outdoors. Sunday is a free entrance day in the National Parks! That means no cost to get into some of the best parks in the world. Why the free entrance? It’s a celebration of the Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act! Plan ahead for traffic and people on at the parks.
