Man with health issues missing since Monday, last seen heading to Seattle health clinic

A man with ongoing medical issues disappeared Monday, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).
WSP issued a missing person alert for Isaah Reevis, 34, who was last seen at approximately 10:30 a.m. Monday boarding a bus off Davis Avenue S. in Seattle.

He was heading to the Health Board Clinic on 12th Avenue S., but never made it home, according to WSP.
Reevis is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and pants.
If anyone has seen this person, knows where he might be, or has any additional information, call 911 immediately.
