Power back on: North Seattle outage affects about 18,000 customers

Power is back on after an outage in North Seattle impacted approximately 18,000 customers, (SCL) reported Wednesday afternoon.
A spokesperson with SCL told ³ÉÈËXÕ¾ Newsradio the outage was due to routine testing.
The utility reported the outages on its and pages just after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and added that crews responded to fix the problem.
SCL also reported in its post that its is not available due to “technical issues.”
Users can reach the outage map, but the utility reported “The information shown does not reflect current outage conditions.” That means customers, at this time, won’t be able to look up or follow which specific neighborhoods are most affected.
We are aware of an outage in North Seattle affecting approximately 18,000 customers. Crews are responding.
