You haven’t heard 成人X站 Radio traffic reporter Chris Sullivan on-air for a couple weeks because he was diagnosed with COVID-19.
He recently posted about it on his , and you can go there to check out his “after” photo.
Speaking to Colleen O’Brien and Dave Ross on Friday on Seattle’s Morning News, Chris provided more insight into his experience.
“This thing comes at you and it attacks everything that you have and it does it in waves; it’s almost like it’s just messing with you,” he described. “It’s methodical, and relentless, and it attacks in waves and your body can only do so much.”
“This thing just kept rolling, wave, after wave, after wave, hitting everything I had — there were times where I wasn’t sure I was going to make it,” he added, noting how he lost 23 pounds of muscle over the two-week span when the virus hit him hardest.
Chris said that he thinks he got COVID while traveling to visit his son a few weeks ago in Montana, where there was no mask mandate.
“There was a lot of social pressure to stick with what they were doing, because that’s how they are handling things,” he said. “It’s hard not to get caught up in that.”
Moving forward, he hopes that others can learn from his experience, stay safe, and get vaccinated as soon as possible.
“This thing is not normal,” he said. “Be prepared, and get your vaccine when you can.”
