Detectives looking for information on I-5 shooting

Washington State Patrol (WSP) detectives are looking for any information on an Interstate 5 (I-5) shooting.
According to WSP, on Friday around 6:50 a.m., a driver’s passenger window was shot out on I-5 north to James Street
The driver told troopers they were not injured and were waiting for police near Harborview Medical Center.

Troopers arrived and interviewed the driver, assessed the damage and took photographs, according to WSP.
The driver told law enforcement they were on the offramp from I-5 north to James Street when their right front window was shattered. They had no idea where the shot came from or a description of the suspect.

Further investigation, according to WSP, led detectives to believe that a BB gun was most likely used.
